About the Recipe
The Evening Ritual: Our 4-Ingredient Harvest Apple Tea Latte
As the sun sets a little earlier and the evening air turns crisp, our kitchen rituals naturally shift. While we love a strong cup of coffee to kickstart the morning, the evening calls for something a bit more grounding, warm, and entirely caffeine-free.
Enter the Harvest Apple Tea Latte.
If you love the sweet, crisp profile of hot apple cider but crave the creamy comfort of a traditional coffee shop latte, this is your new go-to mug. By using our premium loose-leaf rooibos blend as a concentrated tea base, you can skip the artificial juices and sugary creamers.
Grab four ingredients from your pantry, put the kettle on, and let's brew an evening treat.

Ingredients
* Wooden Barrel Apple Cider Rooibos: 2 tablespoons of loose-leaf tea steeped in 4 oz of boiling water.
* Almond Milk: 4 oz, warmed (almond milk’s natural nuttiness complements the crisp apple notes perfectly).
* Honey or Brown Sugar: 1 teaspoon (to draw out the baked-apple sweetness).
* Ground Cinnamon: A tiny dash for the perfect festive finish.
Preparation
1. Steep a Strong Base: In a mug or tea infuser, steep 2 tablespoons of our Apple Cider Rooibos Tea in just 4 oz of boiling water. Let it steep for a full 5 to 7 minutes. Because rooibos is naturally caffeine-free and completely free of bitter tannins, it won't get bitter if it steeps long—it only gets richer and sweeter!
2. Sweeten the Concentrate: Strain the loose leaves out, then immediately stir in your teaspoon of honey or brown sugar while the tea base is piping hot.
3. Steam and Froth: Gently heat your almond milk. Using a handheld frother or a French press, froth the milk until you get a light, cloud-like foam texture on top.
4. The Pour: Pour your velvety almond milk directly over the sweetened rooibos concentrate. Dust the top with a pinch of ground cinnamon to catch the aroma with your first sip.
